Wash controller

The SURE-Line Wash Control System is the ideal labour saving product to automatically wash the pipeline in a milking parlour. 

To operate simply set the system to wash and walk away.

The latest in microprocessor technology has been used in the design of the new Automatic Wash Plant controller, the heart of the system.

This feature rich controller is also easy to set up via a handheld programming unit.

Chemical dispenser

The automatic wash plant will operate 3 basic washing cycles to perform efficient cleaning of your large bore milk lines. These are Initial Rinse, Wash & Final Rinse, with automatic control of the following features:

• Hot water supply
• Cold water supply
• Addition of a choice of 3 chemicals
• Air injection system
• Vacuum pumps
• Milk pumps
• Pulsation system
• At the end of washing all above equipment will switch off.

The SURE-Line Automatic Washing System has many useful additional features:

Periodically removing milk stone: Hypochlorite rinse can be replaced with an acid rinse to remove any build up of milk-stone. Alternatively, the detergent cycle can be replaced with a hot acid cycle if preferred.

The system has the ability to add water to the wash trough after the solution has started to circulate. This is useful if your wash trough is not large enough, or you require further hot water to be added during wash, due to the loss of temperature on long pipe lines.

A Safety switch is provided to fit on the milk delivery line to prevent the start of washing if the delivery line is still in the bulk tank.

The Automatic Wash Control can be added to non-SURE-Line parlours with some modification to the milking system.
